Selena Gómez nació en Texas un 22 de julio de 1992. Es hija de Ricardo Gómez de origen mexicano, y Mandy Teefey de ascendencia mitad italiana. Es una actriz y cantante que conoció la fama gracias a su programa de televisión “Wizards of Waverly Place”, producida por Disney.
Ha participado en varias películas entre las que destacan Ramona and Beezus y Monte Carlo.
Próximamente protagonizara la pelicula Thirteen Reasons Why, basada en el libro del mismo nombre.
Gómez también ha participado activamente en la escena musical con varios sencillos y discos: 2009 Kiss and Tell; 2010 A Year with out Rain and 2011 When the sun goes down.
Además Gómez es toda una empresaria, en el 2010 lanzo su línea de ropa que se vende en K-Mart y actualmente se encuentra en la preparacion de una fragancia.
Románticamente se le ha relacionado con Tylor Lautner y Justin Bieber.
